Comments: Roger Troutman, The Godfather of futuristic funk, and his group Zapp bring 17 of their greatest hits in one nice package. This obviously isn't "All The Greatest Hits", because there is a Greatest Hits II. Roger Troutman was the king of the talkbox. That's basically what he did and he just adds some R&B style vocals & some computerized funk and it's on. The best songs are 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 & 17. (R.I.P.) - D
