Comments: The Whole Damn Yey is back with some more gangsta funk straigh from the Bay Area. This time around Dolla Will takes Rappin' 4-Tay's place, while Ant Banks and Captain Save 'Em remain. 4-Tay doesn't even stop by for a guest shot or anything, but somehow T.W.D.Y. still step up their game for this album. I think it might be the higher profile guests that takes this album to a higher level. They even bring some step outside the Bay to recruit some of the guests, but still keep it West Coast. The Southern Cali guests, like MC Eiht, WC, King T, Ice-T, Kokane & Kurupt, only add to the flavor of the album. - D (2:28 AM 2/21/2006)
