Comments: This is finally Snoop's last album for No Limit Records (Thank Dogg). I think it's also his best while on No Limit. Top Dogg has some better songs, but as a whole album I think this one's better. It's different than anything Snoop's ever done, tha problem is it's not different from itself. Kokane does almost all the hooks. Nothing against Kokane, but it makes a lot of the songs sound too much alike. It's a good sound, but a little too repetitive. We also learn about Snoop's secret desire to be Bootsy Collins. He even goes as far as to call himself "Snoopy Collins". I think that's cool to pay homage to one of the great funksters who he samples so often. One definite good thing is the lack of No Limit artists compared to Snoop's other No Limit albums. The best songs are 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13 & 15. - D
