Comments: On this album OutKast is on some old 70's Soul/Funk type shit. This album was hailed as an instant classic by every Rap critic out. I like it, but I still like the first one better. The best songs are 2, 3, 4 & 9 (I also have the remix featuring Slick Rick). - D
