If there was ever any doubt about the west coast dominating rap Kurupt, Dr. Dre & 2Pac & Outlawz blew that shit away with their respective albums in late 1999. The best songs are 1, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, 14 (the original is on Kuruption), 15 & 18. - D
